Yeah, seems pretty awesome to me. The 100 bots thing sounds (and looks) insane. There's a video of it on youtube somewhere.

im pretty confused.

Is this simply a serious sam mod??

what is ACTUALLY being released, we have serious sam HD (this is the original redone im assuming)

what about serious sam 3?

and what is this forever thing about?

could someone clarify for me :)

It's a bit unusual. It's using the Serious 2.0 Engine, so it's like an official reworking of Serious Sam II with more carnage for the PC.

Serious Sam HD is a HD rework of SS: The First Encounter built using Serious Engine 3.0 and Serious Sam III is the all-new next-gen one.

EDIT: Oh, and Forever seems to be a different story to that of the other ones too. Sam's voice actor is on-board though, as is Croteam. So yeah...best way to put it right now is an official mod, I guess.

Looking forward to the actual full mod SP too, although SSHD is going to be better in a newer engine and actually by Croteam, SSF is going to rock.
