That's good news. Can't wait to see what they come up with. I hope Thief 4 isn't a diluted experience like the last one. Thief 4 needs to show all the other stealth games how it's done.

Completely agree with you.
I still enjoyed Thief 3 though. I thought it was a good game but not what it should have been. I think I played through it twice actually.

BTW is there any info on Thief 4 at this point in time?

Well if you're hoping that the game will be reminiscent of the original Deus Ex you may be disappointed. I saw a quote from the dev team lead for the game who said that they were going to change the pacing of the game so that it was faster. Basically more arcadey, less rpgeey.

Saw a post by the community admin and they said it's only in development for the PC atm. That and SE has nothing to do with it, the first western developed game they showed was a PC only RTS game.

It's announced for PC only so far. But I wouldn't doubt that it comes to consoles as well. Specially since the success of BioShock and Fallout 3 and their similar style of FPS/RPG hybrid.

With that said, I'm highly looking forward to DE3. The original is my 2nd favorite game of all time right behind the original GoW.

Well I was going to get it for the PC anyway. Its roots are on the PC. As long as the PC version isn't compromised I don't care if it comes out on the consoles.

Weird, I was just thinking today about Deus Ex 3, I was wondering how it was doing since we've not really heard much in a while, don't think there was even much info at E3. Glad to hear it's going well, Deux Ex is a fantastic game. Shame about Invisible war.

6 - What's the deal?!
There has been ZERO info/details whatever for almost a year now, and all we get now is a "development is going great bla, bla, bla no interesting news, bla, bla, nothing to report, bla bla bla, no footage yet, blalalallalalal"

Argh, this is so frustrating. My most anticipated game for sure, but I sometimes almost forget it even excists. Please, give us something already goddamnit!

9 - YAYYYYYYYY finally we might actually get another DEUS ex
I pray that its more like the first one. The second was very sad for me. It was a decent game, but not a good deus ex game. I hated how simple it was.

From 3 types of ammo for every gun, to every gun, from pistol to flamethrower, sharing the same ammo.

I really hope they bring back the skill points too as that gave you more customization than just augs alone.

I hope DEuS ex goes back to its roots for #3. Either way Ill buy it day 1, just because of how much I loved the original. Ill need to buy a new PC, cause DEUS EX 3, and HL 3 will be the continuation of the 2 best FPS series ever(and my 2 favorite games ever). Id hate to not be able to play them, or to play them on a console.
