BITMAPS 76: Play Your Damn Wii

Just because Wii games aren't shoved down your throat doesn't mean they aren't there, and it doesn't mean they aren't good.

I have liked Wii games in the past, but honestly the examples you gave didn't interest me and I am one of those gamers that looks hard for good stuff to play.

May I add World of Goo and Bit.Trip Beat to this list...games well worth dusting off the Wii for.

Some people refuse to believe that the Wii can be fun, simply due to the fact that the visuals aren't up to the competition's standards. This isn't true, but I think that Nintendo needs to do a better job at getting this message out there to hardcore gamers who have abandoned their Wiis en masse.

To be honest, my Wii doesn't get much use, but I do genuinely enjoy almost everything that I play on it.

I think that at this point the Wii might have built up enough of a backlog for me to consider getting one. I've played Mario Galaxy, but stuff like BoomBlox and Zack and Wiki makes me think it might be worth it.

I just can't bring myself to play or buy any new games for the Wii. I've had Wii Sports, Wii Play and Sega Superstar Tennis since I got it...just can't!
