Which is more relaxing, Flower or Killzone 2?

The Gadget Show UK tests out a theory that playing violent shooting games makes you more relaxed than other games. The two games used in the test were PlayStation 3 exclusive games; Killzone 2 and Flower. They also show some new technology relating to mind-controlled video games.

Watched the show last night actually. I think the answer is rather obvious, what did surprise me though is the small effect both games had on their BPM.

All I know is that my eyes tend to glaze over a bit (in a good way) when I'm playing FLOWER, and I slowly sink lower into the 'comfy chair'. It must be doing something right!

Flower. I played a little this morning since classes didn't start for an hour, but the time just passed by and I missed 2 classes already. I decided just to cut the whole day.

I would have to say Flower. When I'm playing Flower it makes me want to fall asleep, in a good way because it's fun! However when i play Killzone 2 I just want to keep playing it....forever....to try and get more wins or medals or kills or whatever. Therefore it's Flower.
