It's true there are less people/random side quests than say oblivion, but it's a post apocalyptic wasteland for the most part. There shouldn't be that many people...

I still like the trait that allows a character to inflict gruesome deaths on enemies. What other game has that option?

I do believe the gameplay in Fallout 3 could be enhanced by having a skateboard. A power armored, mini gun wielding, figure dispensing justice and death from a skateboard. Now there is the stuff of legends.
