"By rights this game should be terrible, given its protracted and troubled development and the utter confusion over what sort of game it wants to be. But somehow all the individual elements, which on their own are distinctly below-par, come together to form an entertaining and strangely gripping experience."

I saw videos of this a while back and was impressed, might have to pick it up when it gets cheaper.

It's currently about £20 here in the UK (if you can find it) , so it's on the way down price wise. Did it even get a US release?
