I'm offended by religious people getting so easily offended over the LITTLEST things. It's not just Muslims but all religions have this little pocket of people that scream "ZOMG YOU OFFENDED ME" and demand action, and SOCIETY bends over backwards so as to not offend anyone.

The fact that the new London Olympic facilities are making it so no toilets face Mecca is just along these lines, PATHETIC!

This is why racism and prejudice exist. It's when the minority stirs up things and people take notice. Once people take notice, and delays like these happen will only get more people to become offended and overgeneralize a whole race/religion/belief/whatnot.

was right or wrong....but I do think that a lot of you guys miss the picture. For some, religion is much more than what you think it is.....we are talking about a belief system that people are willing to die for...so therefore of course something like this can become highly offensive, because it is not just something you play around with. Lets say you were given a a ring worth a million dollars......you don't go play in the mud with it and where it for everyday activities that can damage it.......well that is the same way some people view their religion...it is not something you just play around with. In short, just because you do not have the passion and do not understand it...does not mean you should knock it, or disrespect it.....I mean geeez, the game is only going to be delayed for a week....well according to Gamestop.

A week is a lot. It falls under a very busy time for me and 2 week from this new release date is Valkyria Chronicles and not long after is Midterms/papers. We all have lives outside of gaming, and I'm sure many gamers made plans to play LBP.
I respect other religion but it isn't right when it affects the majority who wouldn't even understand it or cared in the first place. People need to learn how to not be offended by every small thing. This is why there is war and so much violence and hate. I would understand if they patch this up and edit future copies but to recall is kind of a big mess along with millions.
It's like that whole South Park episode about family guy. Once big companies start censoring, they will have to do the same for others and in the end, everyone loses.

Its truly pathetic how these people are, just because it deals with religion they automatically think they sit above all else, when the fact of the matter is everybody gets offended almost every day in their life and learn to deal with it, and I don't think religion should be treated any differently. Its not just religion my friend, everyone gets offended. Homosexuals, feminists, different races, everyone. Is it a bad thing? No I don't think so. Sometimes offensive content needs to be stopped. They should have stopped the Nazis earlier, but because not enough people were offended to the extent of acting on it, millions were affected and the world would never be the same. IMO the content in question isn't offensive, but Im not a muslim. I do not feel that I have the right to tell others what they can and can't be offended by.

I think this stuff is all messed up why is one religion favored over the other how many other religions have been made examples of in games, movies and or music and nothing is done to delay any of those the Passion of the Christ rings a bell for me when that movie came out every bible thumping christian was trying to ban this from showing did they NO. by this guys words if the terms in a song and text matches, with partial lines from the quorn then its bad....

even though the song is 2006 release and written by a renowned muslim artist....
