Of course he is going to blame a video game the PS3/360 (whatever platform he was playing on) seems to be his parents... ....blame GTA4!!! Not the kid for doing something that he knows (he's 13 he is old enough to know) he can't do in real life without hurting people.

If you are 8 years old and imitate a movie or a game I can understand in some extent. But you have no excuse when you are 13 years old!! You should know better. You should be able to tell the difference between real life and a video game. If you can you have a mental disorder and should seek professional help as soon as possible.

I'd put him in a car and light fire to it. The kid obviously has mental issues and his excuse of blamming it on GTAIV is as lame as his parents for allowing him to play such games.

Surely millions of people are playing games like GTAIV but why only a handful of crimes are blammed on this? This shows that only mentally unstable persons can act out on these things they see in video games. I suggest putting warning on games like these "not suitable of idiots".
