Dark Sniper strongly believes this game needs to go the way of Splinter Cell and go back to the drawing board. He feels that another 6-12 months of development time could give Epic Games a chance to develop something on Xbox 360 that can give 1/4 of the graphical capabilities of Uncharted and Metal Gear Solid 4.

As it stands right now, Gears of War 2 will fall into the AAA lineup that Microsoft has had this year. Ninja Gaiden 2, Too Human, Gears of War 2. All of them fall under the AAA category.

Sorry, but there's no comparing Gears 2 and a PS3 exclusive like Uncharted or MGS4 when it comes to production values.

It's a shame that a game like Gears 2 has to be held back by DVD9 just like RAGE... enjoy RAGE on the 360, I'll be playing the higher quality version of RAGE on Blu-ray.
