I hope MS just had a bad screen resolution or something at their e3 conference...I was underwhelmed when I saw RE5 at their show...it looked washed out...this is much more colorful and detailed for some reason...like the trailer...

10 - Once again....

Once again the only difference between versions looks to be color. They fixed my biggest 360 color issue (really overdone contrast) and the biggest PS3 color issue (washed out look). Both look great. PS3 is a bit darker than the 360, but they have not been shown on the same screen yet so it most likely a TV difference.

1.2 - Watched it twice and noticed that it does in fact look a level or two less than the Xbox 360 version.

I'm still loving it no matter what platform it's on, however I wish you had the option of single player or coop. I mean I know you can play it yourself and the coop would be computer controlled but I wish solo wa also an option.
We'll see if it runs smooth as a coop single player.

This is the video I watched that showed me that the PS3 version was indeed not on par with the 360 version. I watched it 5 or 6 times on Comcast ondemand comparing the two versions.

The charactor models are not on par their detail is almost Xbox-ish in comparison. The PS3 game lacks graphical effects like lighting, textures, color/vibrance, sweat effects on the same level as it's 360 brethern.

No joke I was watching this video and said to myself *WTF happend?* then I seen button prompts with PS3 buttons.

Same footage first shown with the 360 version, you can dissagree all you wan't the PS3 version does not look the same and will *GRAB* you if you seen the 360 version going through the same area of the level first vs twhat is being displayed here with the PS3 version.

Same updated engine as Lost Planet and DMC4 but clearly they did not hold back one version to match the other with this game as they did DMC4.

maybe cause i havent played the last few? and im all lost in the storyline (if there is one)
