1 - It will go away with time
People are sheep and if you shove something down their throats enough times, they'll begin to passively accept it, and eventually come to defend it.

If you don't believe that, then you obviously haven't been on this site long enough to witness the disillusioned fanboys on all the different sides here, and that's just a mild example.

If Sony or Microsoft said that their consoles were made from cheese, some folks here would believe it AND brag about it to the other side...I'm convinced...

Anyway, long story short, Gamespot won't be as bold as their reputation suggests, they'll start being nice to all sides of the field and eventually we'll start hearing comments like "Well, maybe they weren't so bad after all", or "They're coming back to their senses".

Once people start saying that...they've been hooked by the machine, simple as that.

This article is 100% truth. They should just start from the beginning, do a complete overhaul of the site, different design, fire all the writers, and stop the damn advertisements. Good luck getting Gerstmann back.

For my, and I'll say all gamers trust, gamespot as a whole would need to suck Bush's balls.

Not because hes the president, but because if your willing to suck one of the most unliked persons balls to regain the trust of millions, theres no way we could say no... is there?
