PAL Virtual Console gets price hike?

Judging by today's Virtual Console releases, it seems Nintendo Europe has inflated the price for import titles. For example:

TurboGrafx (PC Engine)

* Final Soldier - 700 Points
* GRADIUS II: GOFER NO YABOU - 900 Points

SEGA MEGADRIVE

* Columns III: Revenge of Columns - 900 Points

Compared with other TurboGrafx titles, that's an increase of 80 percent, and MegaDrive's Phantasy Star III: Generations of Doom went for 800 points a couple of weeks ago.

Whats with all these weird titles?

Why can't Nintendo bring out all, most, some, a couple of the highest selling games to the Virtual Console first.. thats right they did a handful of Sonic and Mario games and now we are being bombarded with average and less then average titles, for instance look at the coming soon for Europe games and the majority of them you have never heard of before. Doesn't matter how much they charge if I haven't heard of it I'm not even going to bother and read the description of it.
