I feel bad for Microsoft (well not really with the FUD they've spread on their competitors).
Microsoft is starting to realize that they need to start making a semblance of a market impact in East Asia as this is the fastest and soon to be largest market region in the world. If I were them, I would start seeding free developer kits or hosting game development shows ... Too bad Sony is doing this already.
