strange lawsuit, not gonna end well though, will be funny
i dont think music should be free, cause if it is, artists, bands, singers and all will be penniless, therefore they won't sing anymore or if they sing, publishing companies won't produce the songs cause they dont get profit.
It's how business works.
Regardlessly, I still want piratebay FTW
Imagine what it would be like....
"Judge, we demand more users access the 'content placed on our sites by other users which in any which way does not asociate with us and those who upload it will be held liable' for free and thus are suing the defendants"
Judge: "And what do the defendants say about this"
Lawyer:"This is absurb, we would like to counter sue Pirate Bay for distribuating illegal media over the internet!"
Judge:"Denied, Prosecution Witness"

They sure now how to get attention. Remember a year or so ago when they took TPB down for launching of a new version. They made a press release on the front page saying they where taking down the tracker for good and was regretful for what they had done.
Whit in hours this was covered in mainstream media all over the world.
The traffic skyrocketed to the page just in time for them to remove the press release and tell that a new version is coming.
That's a really well done PR coup if you ask me.

I love Pirate Bay, they are awesome. Also the music labels are getting more money then the music artists themselves tbh, also CD's are overpriced and I hope that the RIAA and BPI in the UK get sued as well.
