lol dnt worry its jst jealousy. too much love for the ps3 its unfair. Every day there are like 5 posts +ve for ps3 its getting to the point its hard for some 360 owners. I suppose if i had only one console such info could possibly make me jealous. So i'll jst click on the 360 tab so all i see is 360 news so i can at least watch random halo videos

just a cool city loft. Nice music playing: Talib, Common, Kanye, Little Brother, etc. Maybe a lil Maroon Five. Along with some Boondocks episodes playing on my Home screen (got seasons one and two on my hdd along with some animes). And when you're not getting lost in my place or talking to someone new, maybe we can get a game of Little Big Planet, COD4, or Metal Gear Online going.

Home is going to be a lot of fun. I don't think I'll ever turn off my PS3 once it's out.

although i dont think this is a major system seller it will be interesting to see how it runs and see how developers will integrate their games into it. i DO hope that R* have integrated GTA IV into home and also that home is here before GTA IV launches =p

"Yeah Baby…So our HOME integration is coming along nicely and this update includes a great, and much needed feature for Warhawk. With the release of v1.3 patch, players will be able to form groups, meet in their apartments, discuss tactics, and then launch a game of Warhawk…all together!

When you’re in your apartment, all you do is whip-out your virtual PSP, select ‘create game’ and pick Warhawk. From there, you get to start your own player server, pick a game rotation, set server options and then…BAM !! Launch Warhawk with all of your friends!! You can also pick to not make your game viewable to the other Warhawk players around the world, or you can make it a ‘public’ game that puts all of your friends into the server together, and leaves open slots for other global Warhawk players join."

at least now when ppl try to draw discrepancies between ps3 and 360 versions of games they cant say 360 is better cus it has rumble(at least when the rest of you get a dualshock), in game xmb no more better cus of custom soundtracks.

In short no more reasons for 360 games to be recommended over ps3 games jst judge based on graphics and performance of the game period. But i can bet you they will still run back and say the 360 controller is better for fps blah blah.

every one keeps saying that XMB has to drop its system memory footprint but like if you launch from home, would you not have home/system footprint plus xmb to battle the game ram needed?
Basically isn't home going to take more memory up then in game XMB? and even more so both together?

It was right, I have HS and a DS3...they implemented the whole game with rumble including the cutscenes, but Sony never confirmed about the Home thing yet...I'm hoping though.

I sure hope its soon just to hook up with my clan and friends ya just walk up and talk then launch our games very cool. Hopefully it wil be easy and fast to navigate like everyone pops into my mansion so we can hook up and game.
That and being able to talk in groups should be very cool for planing out our games as a clan.

Any chance they could be holding back a major update form the beta for an upcoming launch? Or are they just revving up for a Spring launch by letting devs develop for the Home environment and making sure new games incorporate it...

It was a closed beta so only selected users got to play around with it. It was a while back when they announced that they made some major changes due to the feedback from the beta testers. So if you didn't get an invite you're not going to get the beta. So now Home should be at its debugging phase.

i know its actually a closed beta with invitations, but at the begin, Sony said that they will make a closed beta and just before the release date, an open beta, for everyone. Anyway, i hope it will, if not, too bad.

I thought it was made clear that when HOME launches everything that was available in HOME would be available on the xmb. Now that doesnt necessarily mean that it would release with HOME, but I do have faith that it will.
