We all get upset when something like this happens but to kill someone over it, and to kill your baby daughter over it is nothing short of inhumane. This is one guy I hope gets his justice in prison. I'd put posters up of what he did - and the fathers in that prison beat the crap out of him.

But seriously this guy needs to be locked up. Killing your own baby over something as petty as unplugging your game. I mean its most games save automatically so he wouldn't have lost much anyway. This guy had problems to begin with and unfortunately his child was the one he took them out on.

"Why is it that you notice they tack on all these other charges to these cases?" They tack on charges to make sure that the guilty receive at least some punishment, if not all that they are capable of receiving. For instance, what if the jury found him innocent of murder for some reason, at least the prosecution would get him on child endangerment and make sure he spends at least some time in prison.

Lawyers also use all possible charges to make plea bargains, such as if he confessed instead of pleading not guilty, the prosecution might have dropped the child endangerment charge.

I personally think he deserves all 47 of those years, if not more...

So they were already monitored by social services but somehow they missed the broken arm that happened b4 the death???

Your right, an eye for an eye attitude would sort the world of problems like this, once you commit a crime that without a shadow of a doubt you are guilty of you should lose all human right privileges. If not the death penalty then human testing on pharmaceutical drugs instead of genetically different animals that are used.

Someone near to where i live got stabbed to death after trying to retrieve his son`s football. What a world we live in eh?!

Dont get me wrong, this guy is disturbing. I cant believe he would let himself take his daughters life. To me people like this dont deserve to live but I honestly dont think humans should reserve the right to take anothers life. Eye for and eye doesnt sit well with me. What is killing someone going to solve? I just really cant justify a death with another death in my mind. I think he should rot in a cell somewhere for the rest of his natural life and be reminded every day of just how far he whent. Think about it, he will never be able to purchase another game again, never go to a restaraunt, never enjoy the freedoms that the rest of us will. I just dont think death is a judgement we should make.

Its that sort of liberal thinking that makes this world what it is today, giving rights to the committers of the crime rather than with the victims. This PC world full of liberal thinkers is destroying plan sense and the rights of decent people.

Simply put, if someone is going to commit a crime there should be consequences equal to the crime they commit. For Example A Rapist rapes a Woman/Man, which effectively damages that victim for the rest of there life whilst the offender sits in prison for a year or two and is free to get on with his life never really paying for what he/she has really done. Now i`m not saying that he should be then rapped (as that will probably happen in the slammer), but the offender should be imprisoned for LIFE (ALL, not 25 years,) In a cell with a bed a meal and that is it. No Tv, No radio, No games, No Exercise, Just the cell until he dies, or kills himself. Done!

Crime Rates cut in half within the year with judgement like that.

But its the liberal thinkers that will stop that from happening.

What drives a man to destroy his family and thow away the future of himself and his daughters. If you read on, the wife was also pregnant at the time with his second child, now because of his actions his second daughter has been taken from her mother. This is terrible but i guess even the mother could have been preiously guilty of child abuse or found unfit to care for another child.

stuff like this touches my soul or something i feel so bad for that girl its crazy. All I can say is hes gonna get what he deserves. there is absolutley no reason to kill or injure a child other than the usual butt whoopins with a belt wich is arguably justifiable as discipline.

But especially over a game console what he lose ? he didnt save his game or something ? hell id kill him myself if i was locked up with him. Too bad he isnt in D.C. i would send a kite to the jail to make sure he got dealt with. I dont even know why this angers me, cuz this stuff is gettin more common everyday
