First off, that comparison you made is completely out of line. That was one of the worst tragedies in American history and it is a disgrace that you would use it so lightly. Three thousand people died in the attacks. Mothers, fathers, sons and daughters, husbands, and wives died on that horrific day. Not to mention the numerous police officers and firefighters being extremely patriotic, and giving up their lives to protect and serve their country. Also, you can say that all those men and women who have lost their lives overseas are also connected to 9/11. You see many volunteered to join the military as a result of these egregious attacks. No matter what your opinion is about what is the true reason we went to war, you can not deny this fact. I know of people who have lost their lives in Iraq, and it is indeed a tragedy. These people were also protecting and serving their country in response to the terrorist attacks.

Anyhow. Now that I think about it, people from numerous countries and no doubt many states were aboard these flights, so your argument is extremely flawed. But that is semantics and more real post and message is that which is above.
