When Roger Ebert stated that video games could not be art back in 2006, it sparked a frenzy among gamers everywhere. Countless threads, articles and discussions debated whether his statement was accurate, or if he was just misinformed. And while there was never a satisfactory conclusion to the argument, there was one thing that remained clear, games inspire art.
