Peggle devs: Casual gaming helps you lose weight

"PopCap has claimed that casual gaming will help you lose weight, following a recent survey it conducted. The developers of Xbox Live Arcade hits Bejeweled, Heavy Weapon and Peggle claim that casual gaming will distract players from snacks.

"While trial results were scientifically inconclusive due to a low number of participants completing the month-long programme, there were some interesting findings," said dietician Nigel Denby, who conducted the research."
