MLB 09 The Show: Best Sports Title this Generation

Lets face it, sports games receive a pretty bad rap nowadays, mostly due to the Madden series. Once hailed as show pieces for graphics and gameplay, sports titles have become less and less intriguing to "hardcore" gamers. It seems that gamers view sports titles as no more than mere roster updates which don't warrant the price of admission. Although this may be the case with many sports titles out there, Mlb 09 The Show is definately the exception.
