Making a list of the best quarterbacks in Madden history would be easy enough. What IGN is doing instead, though, is sinister. It's vicious. It's macabre. They have gone through each version of Madden with player ratings (sorry, everything before '95 and '97 through '99), evaluated players relative to the other quarterbacks in their game, and determined the ten worst quarterbacks in Madden history.
Some of these quarterbacks are players you may have never heard of. Some were college stars not cut out for the pros. Some were guys who hadn't been given a chance.
