PS2 Gems: The Red Star

The global domination of the Playstation 2 couldn't be ignored, and chances are you too are one of the many owners of Sony's fine little system. Playing host to so many fantastic titles, even now it's likely that each of us only scratched the surface in terms of what the system had to offer. Despite this, it's so easy to move on to new pastures: Our shiny new PS3, Wii, or 360 having relegated the trusty PS2 to a dusty shelf elsewhere as we've bathed in the glow of High Definition visuals and motion controls.

But now ladies and gentlemen, it's time to go back and finish the job. The summer's here, and we've got a few months left till we're going to see the next wave of next gen hits. So fire up the old black beast, and get hitting those bargain bins: We're going digging for PS2 Gems.
