PS3 version of GTA4 outsold the x360 version 10:1 in FRANCE ( data incoming)

5:1 in ITALY ( data be posted in a few minutes)

2:1 in GERMANY

3:1 in SPAIN

PS3 version of GTA4 outsold the x360 version 3:1 in eu if you take the total sales. PS3 version got outsold only in UK . But take note that PS3 has a better attach rate in UK too. More PS3s were moved by GTA4 there. PS3 is just 500k shy off xx360's total base in UK

It has HOWEVER overtaken x360 in terms of LTD EU hardware sales last month

In UK too PS3 went on to beat x360 in HW sales

In SW it was 413K for ps3 version vs 513k for x360 version. 100k difference

However in Spain /France /Germany/Italy it was like 500k PS3 GTA ( for each region) vs 20k GTA4 x360 for each region

France is the 2nd biggest market for gaming in EU

France/Germany/SPain and Italy makes up for 60% of sales in EU

In terms of HW and SW PS3 won by big margins

all of 500k GTA4 PS3 HW bundles were sold out in EU . In UK almost 100k GTA4 bundles were sold

Those VGCRAP numbers cant save XFIX ME

GTA4 sold a lot on PS3 in france. It moved a lot of Ps3s too. As for the x360 we will se next week

i didn't see the ps3 version of gta on that list, where was it? i live in france, and i was in my local indie shop the day gta released. i was at the back of a queue that was easily over 20 people long. and do you know what, the ps3 version was bought by 3 people, the rest bought 360 versions! obviously not an indication of the whole country, but, and indication of ridiculous fanboyism. go away.
