Alabama Citizen on Trial for Murder: "Video Games Made Me Do It!"

Andrew Lackey, 24, of Huntsville, Alabama is on trial for the murder of an 80-year old widower that happened on Halloween of 2005. The victim was found lying in his own blood in his living room with at least seventy stab wounds, an eye gouged out, and a gunshot wound. He faces either the death penalty or life in prison if convicted. His defense? "Video games made me do it."
