wii play no shouldn't be there, wii sports yeah i suppose it is like the flagship for the wii.

Nice To see some guitar hero in there ^^ though IMO 2 was (is)the best as for "final fantasy" are they refering to no.1 or 7 ?

Usually the first game in a series of games has the same name as the whole franchise because the franchise is named after the first entry. Gran Turismo, The Sims, Donkey Kong (arcade) and Super Mario Bros. are all first games of the franchises they represent.

its a weird list because the count some games as single games and some as the whole franchise. And WiiPlay confirms how poor the list is. People only got that to get a cheap controller

5 - CRAP CRAP CRAP

where is mario galaxy, mario 64, zelda ocarina of time, metroid, super metroid, metroid prime, shadow of the collusus, halo, and tons of other great games... and WTF is wii sports and wii play doin there sure they are fun but not even close to being in top 20 of all games in history, thats just stupid...
Conclusion this list can SUCK MY BALLZ...
ps: atleast super mario bros 3 should be in the top

In my opinion almost every game on the list is revolutionary and deserve their place on the list. Most of the titles you mentioned are great, but perhaps they are more evolutionary than revolutionary. For example, Super Mario Bros invented the whole platformer genre, to which Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Galaxy belong.

ridiculous list. First of all no MGS game. Second of all Super Mario Bros isn't that great. SMB 3 was alot better and Kid Icarus is the best game on the NES. SMB is just no1 because of nostalgia and nothing else. Since every kid had this game back in the days they thought this game was the sh!t, and now 20 years later when thinking of this game reminds one of its childhood and thus, making this game very good.

Almost every Super Mario game are classics.Games u can play over and over again even when some of them are really old school (nes, snes).They never fade away. That is proof of quality...I dont think that ppl will play most of the games that are coming out these days in 20 years. Almost only guns and graphics are in focus these days. And we will get more guns and better graphics the next 20 years.... Give me something more not just white men with guns running around killing nazis, terrorists or aliens. I mean its cool with fps but its not cool that 90 % of games these days are fps.

Super Mario Bros is not the greatest game of all time. SMB3 or SMB World were both really close. Also, Grand theft auto vice city... are you frikken kidding me, grand theft auto 3 has it by a mile.
