Anyways, I can't wait for this game. COD4 has the best graphics for a PFS with it's variable environments and dynamic game play, let alone the masterpiece of a MP. IW OWN every other developer (except for naughty dog, they are still my favorites)

When they come out the lift pause it. Look at the top right of the screen the stopping power perk symbol is up there along with three other perk symbols u have to be very quick to see it. One has two rockets which i'm presuming is an rpg. One is a foot with wings maybe sprint faster or perhaps an achilles heel of some sort. (lol maybe jumpo further. ) I couldnt see the last one tho why dont u guys try n see the last one. ;)

in the graphics department.....they will be good, but not killzone good. I have always found call of duty graphics a little bit washed out and i dont care for the charicter models at all.

If they release a game with the same gameplay as MW, a new campaign, and 8 new maps I'll be completely satisfied. I still play MW everyday. It's perfect.

The ONE new feature I want is the ability to host ranked rooms so I don't have to be stuck with the mostly terrible teams and the people that don't communicate during a team based game.

but I'm going to wait for reviews, not because I depend heavily on reviews to buy a game but just wanna see how many review will give mention the such of 'innovations' and 'just another FPS/generic', 'short campaign' and so on towards this new CoD! we've seen discrepancies between CoD4 and KZ2 reviews in the favor of CoD4 where CoD4 got free passes albeit being very short (7 hours on my 1st run and I'm not a fluent FPS gamer), generic story, no co-op, predictable AI an so on! after playing both, I think the things that CoD4 has that KZ2 doesn't are the weightless gun/charater and the auto-aim but I am somehow glad that KZ2 doesn't have those!

for me, KZ2 > RFoM > CoD4 > R2 (4 FPS I love the most on my PS3!)

Another sequel for a game in which you shoot people from a first person perspective that will be highly overrated and treated as the second coming of Christ in terms of narrative, storytelling and whatever other stereotypes you can find. Sorry, but most PC- centered developers like Infinity Ward or Valve just shell out the same generic stuff in a different coating every year. They can't evolve, you'll never see them make a platformer or rpg, as much as they are praised and obtain awards, there is one thing they will always lack: the ability to innovate and get out of their comfort zone. I don't know how PC gamers ( specially FPS afficionados) can play the same thing over and over again. What's worse is that this is translating to home consoles too now.

Of course, it will sell millions and many will wack off their insecurities by killing the terrorists from their little cozy homes, but still, it's no Mario Bros.

Thank the gaming gods that Tim Schafer, Michel Ancel, Ueda and Miyamoto are still making games. I would even include Moulyneux in that list, because at least, his games are quite original. A big thanks to Media Molecule also for giving a little hope for the future.

Judging from what we hear, and what little we see, I think they're planning on taking this series to the next level in terms of crowded environments. How cool would that be? They could introduce something like a karma system (a la Infamous and others) for killing too many civilians, etc.

Call of Duty was the most intense and intricate WW2 shooter of its time.

Call of Duty 2 created a new way of telling a story. It was gorgeous, re-invented online play, and created memories that most of us will always have with us.

Call of Duty 3 - Treyarch...it sucks balls.

Call of Duty 4 - BACK TO INFINITY WARD! It did for close combat what Battlefield did for online gaming in general. It was just incredible! The campaign was epic, well written, and beautifully scored. YOU haven't played it. I can tell.

Call of Duty: World at War - FAIL! Treyarch again.

Now, with COD:MW2...we're back to Infinity Ward. These guys know how to create genres, gameplay mechanics, and intricate online communities. They are geniuses in our time.

You need to calm down and realize that Infinity Ward only puts out a new COD every 2-3 years...not every year. Activision is just greedy and wants to make a quick buck off of the franchise with Treyarch.

It's a teaser. Being a cinematographer/editor/gamer -- This teaser did all the right things for me. I thought it was completely original.

So it didn't show game play "Wahhhh!!! :(" God, mature up people. There have been MANY game teasers that do don't show game play (I can list links but if you're a gamer, you know I shouldn't even have to).
