In what's now become tradition for the Game Developers Conference, Video Games Live performed the closing ceremony for the event. And just like last year, where Mario composer Koji Kondo performed live, show co-creator Tommy Tallarico had some big performances lined up for the 2008 GDC show. 1UP caught up with Tommy to talk about the show and were able to post a few clips of the rehearsal on GameVideos for you to get a sense of what it was like, including performances of a Metroid medley, a Castlevania medley, StarCraft II, Lair, and more.
