Square Enix finally comes through for the PS3

Don @ Gamingvice.net writes:

"In case you missed Sony's press conference, let me be the first…or hundredth to tell you that they stole the show. They had the usual suspects that all the fanboys love and brag about in God of war III, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Massive Action Game among many that were surprises."

Good business decision but they could've just called it FF Online and not wasted another number on their online outings.

2 - Well, it's a start
Hopefully one day they deliver on the FFVII remake everyone wants.

That's maybe the only way to make up for FFXIII going multi.

But right now, I'm still not cool with Square Enix just because of this.

I am really hesitant on downloading FFVII from the PSN when it releases today because of how it will turn out...

I'd much rather have a re-make of the game as was teased back in 2005....

I could care less about the MMO and FFVII re-release.....just take that effort and put it towards a re-make of FFVII....even if it only features enhanced cut-scenes and only 1080p up-scaled resolution...

Well they didn't make enough money from the 360 so they finally made up their minds to invest in the PS3 this time around, so I can see FFV13 staying exclusive for the PS3.

Why call it Final Fantasy Online when calling it Final Fantasy 14 draws much more attention?

Nobuo Uematsu is doing the music for this game.So you already know it's a AAA project.

SE hasnt come through with a damn thing. They have dumbed down FF13 dor the sake of making it Multi Plat and now all of a sudden I as a PS3 owner am supposed jump for joy and kiss the SE logo? Hell Naw!

Their releasing FF:Online so they can rape your wallet once a month. They will probably use the money PS3 fans pay to play to make more 360 exclusives that could care less about. SE can kiss my asphault.

well, we are still going to get Star Ocean 4 anyways and when things are all said and done, the PS3 will have had a very strong RPG lineup...

White Knight Chronicles
Final Fantasy XIII
Final Fantasy Versus XIII
Final Fantasy XIV
Valkyria Chronicles
Star Ocean 4
Tales of Vesperia
Persona 5

...etc...etc...
