1 - I agree... Mostly
Great list, but honestly, I HATED Halo Wars. He seemed to have a lot of PS3 titles, but forgot maybe the heaviest hitter of all, Uncharted 2. Anyway, good list... mostly.

Street fighter 4 does not belong in any "best of" list, MK vs DC was better IMO.

I believe it is only games released to this point. Uncharted 2 is obviously not out yet...

It is only for games that have been released so far. Can't really disagree, but I think alot of people would have liked to see UFC 09 in place of Flower or Red Faction.

I think the top 10 for all of 2009 would be more like.
1. Uncharted 2
2. Splinter Cell
3. MW 2
4. AC 2
5. Infamous
6. L4D 2
7. Killzone 2
8. Batman AA
9. Brutal Legend
10. SF 4

Resident Evil 5, Beatles, Dark Void, R&C, Halo ODST, New Mario Bros,
and Army of 2 etc. will all be up there too. I think at least half these games will be on every top 10 list.
