Fallout 3 DLC Announced; Exclusive to 360 and PC

Todd Howard of Bethesda Softworks, announced at E3 today that Fallout 3 will be receiving downloadable content. Interestingly, the DLC will be exclusive to the 360 and PC, so PS3 owners will not receive this content.
