King's Bounty is getting a remake or sequel, 17 years after the first and only game. The original King's Bounty was released in 1990 (by the now-defunct New World Computing) and blends RPG adventure, real-time exploration with turn-based tactical combat. It is the precursor to Heroes of Might and Magic, Disciples, and Age of Wonders.
The new game is aiming for a winter 2007 release.
