N+Dpad:
"Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles has been given a massive update in graphics when compared to the first game, but producer Masachika Kawata makes a pretty bold statement to Nintendo Power."

Resident Evil:DC does look very good for a Wii game but I don't know about the number 1 best. Depends on what "best" really means.

its a on rail game, means every detail in the game is controllable which isnt as hard as making it looks really.

its a rail shooter, the game only shows you what it wants

6 - RE + Rail = Fail
Like already mentioned, rail shooters aren't stressful on hardware. Shoot from one room to another, and A.I just marches towards you? No thanks. While Capcom has released some beautiful games this gen, RE:DC will be on my ignore list. Nothing can save this game. Spend your resources on RE2 remake, Capcom!
