EA Rename Dead Space Devs Studio

same here. Finally got around to playing Dead Space again to wrap up the trophies. While it's not quite as exciting as the first time around it's still a great, entertaining game to play... It's funny how a game I cared nothing about comes along, out of boredom I checked it out, and it makes the list as easily being on of the top titles I played last year. ;)

I'm on the fence with the name change. I really liked EA Redwood and I think with Dead Space and some little info on Dante's Inferno people were starting to know who they are. But at the same time this new name and logo are an excellent step in creating a reputable, well known development studio...

does the Godfather use the same engine as dead space 1 ? because i would have thought they will use the same engine from 1 for number 2, just with a few updates and changes.

As far as i know, dead space used a custom engine which they made ( it shows too, the graphics, lighting, sound etc were all Top notch. one of the best looking games last year ! way better then anything else i had seen from EA and i thought it was right up there with other top games visually )
