Video: A visit to iD Software during DOOM development

So what was it like at iD Software before DOOM? You can find out in the following video from 1993.

John Romero, best known as the co-founder of iD Software and lead designer on Wolfenstein 3D, DOOM and Quake, has posted a retro video of the team during the development of DOOM - the game that birthed the 3D FPS genre.

The footage was recorded by Dan Linton, owner of the successful BBS (bulletin board system) called Software Creations, when he visited iD Software in November 1993.

Very interesting and fun to watch.

It's good to see developers so enthusiastic about their jobs.
