IGN Editorial: I Hate Boomerangs

Here was the dramatic unveiling of id's ambitious new first-person shooter Rage, a sprawling and gorgeous game set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Futuristic buildings crumble in the background. A wrecked ship rests awkwardly on a dried-up riverbed. Fires burn as rugged off-road vehicles do battle in the streets below. And above it all, a sturdy warrior surveys the scene, a rifle cocked and loaded in one hand. And in the other hand….a boomerang.
