The Art of FPS Multiplayer Design With Todd Alderman

Creating a multiplayer game may seem as simple as building a map and populating it with players. But like a scientist learning how to teach a rat how to run through a maze, the process is extensive and involves countless hours of testing and refinement to craft the perfect experience. Game Informer recently sat down with Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare's lead multiplayer designer, Todd Alderman, to learn exactly what makes a multiplayer game tick.
