It's cool that this site does this, actually giving back to the people who find the articles that bring all the sites traffic here. They're pretty much affiliates and their work is commission based with a twist, they have to do the best and complete with each other for that commission. It'd be a REALLY sucky job but as a hobby it's cool.

Im sure bloodmask has a laptop where he works and does this in his spare time, or his job itself is part-time and he has plenty of leisure time in the day.
