TMC: Talking on the latest Major Nelson Podcast Aaron Greenberg seems to confirm the xbox 360 exclusive line up for the first half of 2010.Looks like Mr.Greenberg just confirmed Alan Wake and Crackdown 2 for the first half of the year. Good to know!

Ok so last night while randomly joining a team Deathmatch game we joined this server where there is unlimited ammo and no reloading for everyone. Were pretty sure this was a server error/glitch and not somebody doing it as we had a constant stream of new people. Below is a video clip of our experience as you can see it turns into a grenade launcher war for the most part. Also in the video is a shot of the AC130 which also has NO reloading and becomes an automatic death machine.

Xbox 360 Price Cut By A Third

HMV and GAME have dropped the price of the Xbox 360 Arcade down from the RRP of £159.99 to £109.99 GBP.

The retailers, who are probably keen to cash in on the holiday console rush, have introduced the deal which includes the console, a wireless controller and a month's Gold subscription to Xbox LIVE, for around a third off the usual price.

In the same month of November, in Europe, PS3 outsold Xbox by a margin of about 215,000. Yep, that's about twice the margin of victory MS had in America. In Japan, in the same period, PS3 outsold Xbox by about 140,000 units. And the fun ain't over yet. In November, in terms of units sold in markets outside Europe, America & Japan, PS3 sold about 740,000 units (as much as it sold in US), while Xbox sold 500,000. That again gives Sony a 240,000 margin of victory.

Now, add up all the numbers, and you see that overall, in the month of November, Sony sold about 500,000 more consoles than Microsoft. That's about… (Sigh)… half a million!

BioWare's Cho hints at PS3 Mass Effect 2, ME2 DLC - English and Polish

In an interview with Polygamia.pl (English version in the right-hand column) Bioware's Adrien Cho was asked, among other things, about the possibility of Mass Effect 2 coming out for the PS3. He does not confirm it outright, but his evasive statements indicate that something is likely going on in that direction.

He also talks about Mass Effect 2 DLC, inspirations for the game and why ME2 is better than Dragon Age.

Fielding a question on today's quarterly investors call regarding the performance of Grand Theft Auto 4's DLC double-header and the accompanying retail bundle – The Lost and Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony, and Episodes from Liberty City, respectively – Take-Two CEO Ben Feder admits, "Both we and Microsoft believed there was a big market for GTA 4 episodic content and some factors affected their performance." Calling the two companies' relationship "a historic, strategic partnership" – remember this? – and calling the episodes themselves "profitable contributors to the company," Feder nevertheless offered some insight into what his company could have done to make them even more profitable.

FF13 sales behind FF10 & FF12 - the reason for a 360 release

Final Fantasy games traditionally sell around 60% of their lifetime Japanese sales on the first day. This is the case for FF10 and FF12. If FF13 follows this trajectory, it will be the smallest selling mainline FF title in Japan for years - but it's not all bad news.

FF13 still has an impressive accolade to its name - the first third party console game to sell a million copies in Japan - and if anything, these sales figures illustrate clearly why an Xbox 360 version of the RPG was needed for the West.
