This story is about a game that is being IMPORTED! That doesn't go against any laws or agreements. I love when 12 year olds have web sites!
Atari isn't selling the game, the retail store that imported it is.

Listen people, the game can be sold within that country. It says in the story that it was imported! IMPORTED! Atari has nothing to do with it. IT WAS IMPORTED!
