Damage control... Eidos got to MSNBC too. What a pie'ce a' damn joke! I tell everyone who comes into my store how terrible this game is when they ask about it. I do the same with Assassins Creed.

Before you go calling anyone an idiot you need to go to a little website known as the Better Business Bureau website and shed some light on the truth for yourself. I won't argue any more than that because if you do you'll take back the idiot comment. I myself have had to file a complaint against Dell with the BBB and I'm one of the few who actually won.

Besides, I had a Dell whose screen crapped out only 11 months after purchase for absolutely no reason, and I keep my electronics immaculately clean. Seriously though, there are dozens of websites dedicated to getting the word out to customers like you who don't know the truth about this company and how they make money with misleading floating APR's and cut costs with HORRIBLE customer service that is based on the other side of the planet.

LOL dell innovative? LOL i work with dell products (laptop) they are one of the worst managed companies around. try this, we ordered a replacement keyboard. we got....A FKING TV INSTEAD. innovative? yes if you are retarded.

heres a fact for you: IBM gets more money from royalties then you will make in your lifetime. (they have patents on soo many different things, that whenever a company sells their item they make a pecentage of that money.) and HP dwarfs dell in comparison to R&D. do you know what R&D is?

I love how they compare it to movie-like cinematics... Yet they gave Uncharted an 8 for being more like a movie and not like a game. Whatever... Uncharted smokes this game's ass and rotates it twice. Graphically, gameplay... the whole ball of wax. These guys are Microsoft affiliates... what'd you expect them to say?

10 - kany and lynch deserves the 6 that they got...

the game feels like and in some places looks like the xbox version of hitman...the only difference is you have npc's too tell where too go....where is the fun in telling people where to go?? I dont know about the ps3 version but it is quite lousy on the xbox 360.

I was thinking about buying it because I don't care about reviews half as much as I care about us regular gamers' opinions. It looks like a lot of fun and I thought the bank robbery multiplayer mode sounded pretty fun, but if I hear more of you guys say it sucks I might just make it a rental.

11 - I liked this game.

The graphics weren't bad and the first half of the game is excellent.. Shoot-outs in the streets, robbing bank, busting into a prison, etc. BUT (and thats a big but) the game got lame after going into the jungle.. It felt like any other war 3rd person shooter and the ending get's my vote as one of the worst endings ever.

I'd say a 7.5

MSNBC is going to come under fire for this but I doubt they had Kane and Lynch ads, plus they're mainstream gaming. They have the excuse of not having a great understanding of video games and what makes one "great"

Kane & Lynch reminds me of the Getaway series. They both have really poor shooting (stiff sensitivity, inaccurate gunfire, broken covering and upclose combat) and healing (long waiting periods that strain against the players patience) mechanics for a game that is all about shooting. They both have a sloppy story about a guy who has to pull off missions against his will until he can get his revenge (their wives are murdered and their children are held hostage). Neither game has a back bone (who are these people and what the hell led up to this point?) nor likable characteristics whatsoever. Both games just consist of you killing cookie cutter cops and civilians and saying sh*t and f*ck whenever possible. The environments are boring because there's no immersion factor to these areas. I absolutely hated this game, which is disappointing since I'm sort of a fan of Hitman. It's a 6 hour game, so rent at your own discretion.
