i had more fin in SR than i had in GTA. Even though GTA had planes and boats, I still had more fun with SR. And to add to that there was multiplayer.

I am not really into the whole 'gangsta' genre, but picked up OG Saints Row on a whim last year...and enjoyed the hell out of it. I was very surprised. Can't wait for this one.

Lmao@"ghetto-brother in lingere" I have found my online character!! In any case at the first few plays I thought the original SR was a highly derivative form of San Andreas but it was a very good game in its own right, I can't wait for the next one. I hope the soundtrack is at least as good as the first one was too.

I owned the first one and played the sh*t out of it; I mean played THE SH*T OUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!.

Part two has that classic strange PS3 tint thats redish and bland, not just talking about what time of the day it is every single pic that has been shown has that redish hew to it with little other color.

Its 3 shaded of red.

PS3 games are often 3 shades of Brown, Green, Yellow, Red or Grey and if games do have color they're faded and powdered looking vs the deep rich vibrant range I'm use to.

They need about twice the detailing to match GTA IV. I see they are still stuck in the "toy world" phase. Oh well i guess itll be a good gimmick to laugh at while GTA IV clobbers it.

The colours look fine to me, I think the Xbot is just trying to downplay the graphics because he is upset that MS lost an exclusive to Sony. Seriously though, the graphics look rather nice in my opinion.

16.1 - Im not an xbot

Im a ps3 fan and an even bigger gta fan. Yes the graphics are decent but if you compare then with GTA you see that there is much more detailing with GTA IV and looks much more real. Saints row just like all other clones cant stand up to GTA IV especially with those scans. Like i said there is no detailing and it looks like a toy world. They will have to put in much more work before anyone can see this as more then a cheap GTA knockoff.

Wozzer just shut the hell up, this game was never exclusive to the 360. They were going to bring SR1 to the PS3. I really can't wait for SR2, SR did many things better than GTA and I had alot of fun.

Thanks for the scans but aside from "freak generator" the game doesn't feel much different or next-gen, specially with games like GTA4, InFamous, Prototype coming out in sandbox genre.
