Did you read the latest manga chapter (370)? it was insane. lots of things were revealed about madara and yondaime. plus i have a theory that Itachi is in fact fighting for the "greater good" ... it seems possible with how things are turning out.

i am really interested in how the battle system is in CC.. can you delve a little into how it plays out. o yea, how is zack as the main character? likable? annoying?

Zack acts like a kid pretty much, he's happy and a little clueless sometimes, but he's not a bad character. There's Angeal and Sephiroth always going with him on missions so he's not much of a leader as Cloud. I'm sure he'll grow up like all the lead characters do. Also right now I'm using this regular sword with him while Angeal is carrying the big Buster Sword, so that just makes you look more weak, but the DMW (limit break) moves look amazing for PSP, the summons are also cutscene videos with Advent Children graphics that you can of course skip since they're long and it'll cut back to PSP graphics and the end of the summon move. If you've seen Blue Dragon's summons you'll know what I mean, but these are more nice to look at. The battle system is like Kingdom Hearts but slower. L and R is to choose from attacking to doing magic spells to using items, unlike Kingdom Hearts where you hold a button and chose between square, X, circle, or triangle to do a move. It would have been cool if you could use the directional pad to do those other moves, but you also move with it as well. Also if you hit an enemy from behind it's always critical so that's a strategy within itself. Waiting for the enemy to attack and roll out the way with Square, and then slice him from behind. Once you get used to the system though, you get used to being midway into a move and then pushing L or R how ever many times to switch to a different move and doing a cool combo for major damage...you just gotta learn where everything is. So far i'm only 5 hrs into it so I'm sure there's alot more to be seen.

Eh yeah...Animal Crossing did good I have to admit. Crisis Core came out too late for one, everyone's been waiting for this since forever, so by the time it came out the hype kind of died down for it. Also there's less PSP owners in Japan, and most owners got a PSP for Monster Hunter, so once word really gets around how good the game is, it'll eat away at the Japanese handheld charts little by little. The game had a really quiet release though in my opinion...
