Just wondering.

Anyway I like the way the PS3 is hanging in there. I thought that it would surely be a flop after E3 (the KZII trailer) and a $100 price drop. Good to see that it hasn't happened yet; I'd hate for my investment to go up in a puff of smoke. =P [sarc]

It is because with WiiPlay you get a Remote but non nun chuk. So if you want to use the wii mote for games that need a nun chuk you need to buy the seperate one. However I think Wii is a machine that will graphically look archaic in two years and that would be its downfall. Portable gaming can be forgiven in graphics but in house graphics will eventually be the reason people will buy the PS3 over the other consoles.

Another article about PS3 sales going up after the price cut.
I'm sure some of them are informative but the Amazon bestseller list? Posting this many articles about a sales increase after a price cut is like posting an article about a ball falling when you throw it in the air.

No PS3 game in the list... Haven't anybody notice? People are getting game another place or just take the console for better price, with 5 BD movies, and will wait for killer games? Anyway, I will pay more attention in the software sales for this month, this coul be interesting.

This is only the beginning of the end. Do I really need to list all of the AAA titles coming out this year through next? Lair, Warhawk, MGS4, FF13, GT5...Just to name a FEW of them. Sales are likely to really take off later this year into next. You guys better hope that your "Halo" or whatever its called is going to be a really, really long game cuz you'll have to wait until Gears 2 to come out to play anything else...LOL

Why is the Wii priced so high. I get it here in Canada at $$290, i guess it's just business. Jack up the Wii and lower the PS3, the PS3 does extremly well. Imagine they were the same price.

It's good to see the PS3 doing well, but I think it's only a blip, once the price goes back to normal when the 60Gb version runs out of stock, by then the 360 price may very well be coming down so we'll see some healthy competition.

they dropped the price of the 60 gig.
and comming out with a brand new 80 with i think normal price.

This is a smart desperation strategy pulled by sony.
