Obama was at Fort Hood, a mad sniper was just executed, anniversaries were going around for the Berlin Wall and Sesame Street, and it's even Veterans day, but they choose to talk about a video game?

I mean, I understand it's a pretty graphic scene in the game, but...?

There is way too much going around this month to be talking about a video game on a show that's supposed to bring you "fair and balanced news".

There is a big difference with fox news and other networks. Msnbc is bias and still reports the news corrrectly while fox news is bias and distorts the truth. This health care bill is a good bill no matter how much glen beck lies about it. Stop being brainwashed and actually read the bill

One question? What are the republicans going to do to fix our broken healthcare system? The GOP has controlled 20 of the last 35 years the white house and the GOP has done absolutly nothing to try and fix it. I bet if this bill included tax cuts to the rich like executives for haliburton the GOP would support it immediatley. The GOP don't give a crap about the working middle class whatsoever, so step aside and let the democrats fix the mess.

Reading that the host seems to be a bit of a Douche.

Hes saying how kids could get hold of that. But that is not the video game industries fault, its parents.

The game is an 18, and the game is marketed to those of age 20-36, since the average gamer age is above 30.

If kids play it then the fault lies completely with the parents. Thats not debatable, its fact. Parents should monitor what their children play and if they dont then theyre being neglectful and so like I said, its 100% their fault.

And like the article said your an agent. I dont see the problem.

If this was done in bad taste then i would be agaisnt the level, but as i played the game I realised that it wasnt glorified at all.

In a way i think its sad that people hide away from this stuff. Terrorist action happens all the time, things like that level are not uncommon. Its sad but its the truth.

Um,uh..what about the parents? it blows my mind how dumb people can be and the guys defending the game did a terrible job imo: "Jim:...there's no doubt there's a link between violent video games and kids."

This has been proven false time and time again which is why out of millions of kids that play violent video games only once in a great while does a kid go berserk, which is usually attributed to other trauma like depression anyways.

...and at the same time I'm not. I'm amazed at how many people on this board seem to think cable news is the lesser of the evils here.

You know what happened when I woke up this morning? I still had all my freedoms, there wasn't a secret police at my door forcing me to pray or be shot, and I wasn't forced to comply with someone else's beliefs.

Last I remember, America was still the same place. Try as they might, the "news" channels want to make you think otherwise, because the more discontent and paranoid they make you, the more you'll watch them spew their bullsh!t, and the MORE MONEY THEY MAKE!!

You have to remember the same thing motivates all these people here. Glenn Beck lives in a $12 million dollar mansion, and he's a former drug addict. He made all his money by spewing nonsense and having people out there stupid enough to listen to it as gospel. Same with Rush Limbaugh.

I'm not saying Keith Olberman or Rachel Maddow are any better, but at least they don't try to convince Chicken Little that the sky is falling every damn day.

I'm not a big fan of Call of Duty, but this is just sad. Maybe they should do some research on why you are playing as a terrorist. Its called "perspective" I'm sure many movies implement this as well.

FOX is there to convince you that Obama is a: Black Muslim terrorist who is trying to destroy America and his health-care plan is to take control of your doctor and kill your grandma. NBC is there to tell you that Obama was sent by god to fix all that is wrong and unjust. But NBC does have some right of center shows in the morning. Fox has right wing spin 24/7. They promote hate on that station. Looks like most American people are smart enough to think for themselves. Its the few that can't that we should all be concern about.

He gets to be President 4 years. We have a 2 party system. Glen Beck and Rush can run if they think they have what it takes. They are just 2 wind bags if they don't step up. They are heroes to some of you because they sit on they fat arses and just insult the choices that most americans voted for. They are more childish than the worst fanboys. Here is what I get when I listen to them: Gorge Bush is a great (White) American. Obama (1/2 Black) is not a great American. He hates america. Only half of him is from Europe, the other half is from Kenya. Whites (Real Americans) should be scared as a person like him will make America a 3rd world country like Venezuela. He wants to take over America and give it to the Black people and the immigrants. Only dumb people would be stupid enough to think that in this country where you elect a new leader every 4 years and have congress, and court system and all this in place, that something like this is worth putting on TV. There are a lot of serious issues that they should spend they time on to try and help the country. Maybe argue ideas rather than just promote far 24/7. Sickening.
