there quick to critisize sony and nintendo for minor things but what about the 360 i mean i can only think of about 3-4 great games that came out of that system and 2 of them were expansion packs one of them severley overpriced, and what about activision screwing over the pc gaming community just weeks before MW2 release? and i dont think i've heard one complaint about netflix on the ps3

Everything honestly was a slight dissapointment besides Uncharted 2. Uncharted 2 is the only game that felt complete and it felt like Naughty Dog could not have made the game any better in this age of the PS3 and they only have 2 years to make this game.

Disc is temporary, and not a big deal.

congrats FailDaily, you just put another notch in your belt of stupidity.

And speaking of "an endurance trial for the eyes" I tried watching a DVD the other day and had to stop...I took out the disc and popped in Planet Earth on blu-ray.

Above all though, the main reason this article fails is very clear.
There is no mention of Activision and their choices for the PC version of MW2, their asshat of a CEO and their inundation into the gaming market of crappy plastic peripherals.

I have a theory as to why Netflix on the PS3 needs a Blu-Ray.

Netflix streams their content using silver light. Microsoft owns silver light.

I am guessing, the Blu-Ray is means to bypass Silver Light.

The netflix deal with ps3 is temporary cuz of the deal with microsoft. This was a way to get netflix on the ps3 asap this year. There will be an app in the xmb next year. I can say that the ps3 streaming is awesome and loads up quick. I even like the look better than the 360 dashboard look. Everything is there in the disc and besides how is the disc a draw back. OH my god i have to put in a disc to view hundreds of movies and tv shows how terrible!!! Get a life people. This whole article was dissapointing and pretty lame. This guy did no research what so ever and has the dumbst points.

1. Halo ODST (not the fact that I was looking forward to playing, but the fact that over 2 million idiots are allowing game developers to get away with such Bull$hit pricing on DLC) And people wonder why companies constantly screw their consumers over on a regular basis.

2. Brutal Legend (it had some funny parts in the story, but the game sucked big time) may give GTA4 and Halo 3 a run for the most overrated game this gen)

3. Forza 3 (the graphics weren't much better than Forza 2, and when I found out there was only 24 tracks instead of the 100+ they promised,I was pi$$ed.and alot of the good cars aren't even available on disc until I buy some BS dlc at a later date)

4. Lack of games on my 360 this year (if you own a 360, you know exactly what I'm talking about)

5.The move to motion controls by Sony and Microsoft (if I wanted to play hardcore games with a casual controller, I would play my Wii)

I can assure you guys that the Netflix quality is the same on PS3 as it is on your computer. It's not exactly Blu-ray quality, but it's not bad by any means. Lols.

Im just saying the PSP Go can be ignored if they dont like it. Dissapointing would be if the 3000 was completely replaced by the Go, which is not. Im not defending Sony in this one, is just that the PSP Go is there for those who want it, no need to say is a failure or dissapointment.

Pretty much all the exclusives that came out for the PS3 was a disappointment.

K2: Mediocre shooter with decent graphics

Infamous: Repetitive gameplay. The only good thing about it was the train rail gliding.

Fat Princess: Biggest PSN flop ever. Nobody cooperates and nobody talks. Potential is there but it would've done better on XBL.

Rag doll Kung Fu: Sucked even though I got it free through the Sprint promo. Talk about crappy controls.

MLB09: Sucks again. no improvement in graphics and gameplay. You're better off sticking with MLB08.

Uncharted 2: What can I say it was decent but no way does it live up to its hype. Single player was good but suffered freezing and clipping. And online is just pure garbage. It feels tacked on.

Ninja Blade: Repetitive gameplay. The only good thing about it was not on PS3.

Shadow Complex: Biggest XBL Arcade flop ever.Controls don't cooperate and AI is crap. Potential is there but it would've done better on PSN.

Halo Wars: Sucked even though I got the demo for free through XBL. Talk about crappy controls.

GTA4:Gay Tony:DLC Sucks again. no improvement in graphics and gameplay. You're better off sticking with Saints Row 2.
