New Zune HD firmware paves way for 3D games

Microsoft releases v4.3 update, complete with for polygons.

The new firmware comes with "support for upcoming 3d games and applications, as well as an auto-suggest feature for better text input, and other minor improvements."

The Zune HD went on sale in the US in mid-September and since then Microsoft has been slowly ramping games support as it looks to match the capabilities offered by Apple's iPod Touch.
