@Warzonegamer. Just some advice. Be a little more professional if you want to be taken seriously. Use full info like what you were putting out can easily be drowned out by bad recording and not properly setting up before you record. Attempting to show someone how to join a game is not the same as actually doing it. You said it was show 6? It's growing pains so it's all good just put a little more effort into the preparation of the show. Keep doing da damn thing. Just keep doing you and you'll shake da HHG image. 1 more thing..... its great that the guy who did the video is on here to answer questions and discus things. i'm a fan of hip hop gamer and this guy has a different style. i found it informative. i'll probably rent mw2 for the single player like i did mw2, i am happy with resistance 2 online, i'm glad of the ps3 improvements tho for the people that like it. i also think the third person character animation looks very odd, like something from 10 years ago.

I just don't like shooters using the dualshock. I loved UC2, but when you and an enemy are within 15 ft of one another the game goes to sh*t. Its a combination of the sticks and of the lack of auto-aim. I just prefer shooters on my 360.

That third person looks like it could be some fun. I loved playing GRAW2 online, but its impossible to find a good match these days. I was lookin to pick up SOCOM for the headset, but there really isn't a need to now.

i was just thinking last night when i was playing uc2 how i love getting close to the opponents. you got the guys that just run around shooting every direction, the guys trying to punch you to death, those that try and aim and shoot. i personally like trying to get behind them and choke them or kick them. my favorite part is the close combat.
i dont like headsets cause nobody uses them for the games purpose, i just hear peoples music and cussing out teammates for stealing their gun/kill.

get Socom man, you just don't get communication in other games like you do on socom. That and they're going to add 5 more maps here pretty soon to socom:C so it will be up to 12 maps. You might be hooked on it, I went on this weekend, to see the servers are still quite full.. the only downside is the competition will be a little steep.

Battlefield needs this function that MW2 got where after you getting killed it shows you how you got killed. It´s really annoying in Battlefield 1943 (and also in bad company 1 I think) that you don´t have a clue of what just happen when you got killed. It´s says who killed you in really small letters for 1 ms but that doesn´t help.

Nah, Battlefield doesn't need to be casualized, especially since BF is more of an open world shooter compared to CoD.

Why when sniping, should I be compromised when I find a good sniping position because when I killed 1 person, they now know where I am thanks to a kill cam? That doesn't seem very fair to me, just seems like it's catering to the casual player who isn't very good at the game.

That's the fun in Battlefield 2 for example, knowing there's a sniper in the area and having you and your squad pan out to search for him, wouldn't be very fun if after someone gets sniped he knew where he was thanks to a killcam now would it? I surely don't see the fun in having the "be the hunter, or the hunted" aspect of Battlefield being taken away thanks to a kill cam.

Nice vid warzonegamer. First vid of actual 3rd person shooter I see from MW2 so you're getting there posting vids faster than most people. Stay on top like that and you'll get far. Good thing you got connections up in NY to get the games early, lucky guy.

1.4 - Well, sony fans just don't want to admit it, but..........

PSN on line feels like a free service, it sucks to be honest. Xbox Live is great, yes it's 4 dollars a month, the price of a big mac, lol and that's all sony fans whine about, we get an incredibly 100% awesome online community for a couple dollars and they whine b/c psn sucks, I mean seriously it feels so generic to be on it, I hate it and wow what a waste home was. Sony will never catch up to Xbox Live until they decide to charge for services online, until then...generic.

Games? Sony games if good always have a flaw or three, and I believe it's b/c of the cell's memory issues, so yes games on ps3 are sometimes good, and as with uncharted 3 very good, but will never be great due to it's short comings and the generic online. Sony spends 5 and 6yrs. doing kz2 and mgs4 and they were ok, mg was meerly a movie, so gaming wasok only and kz2 was washed out and should be called grayzone, no detail either, was 5or 6 yrs. later and millions of dollars later, the games made NO money aside from sony paid dollars to them.
Gears 1 & 2 are much better in most every category, not to mention Mass Effect 1 & 2. Of course there's the soon to be release Alan Wake and Splinter Cell Conviction. Both crazy great.

Xbox 360? It's only negative is the DVD9, but even with that it's still almost 5 yrs., later doing better games then the ps3 in most cases, and now with the Xengine being used by devs, starting in 2010 games again will leaps ahead of sony ps3 games. It's crazy I know but it just goes to show how Microsoft has done the "phenom"inal with the Xbox 360.

OH! and to his comment both systems had "In Game chatting" taken out, wrong, Xbox Live has in game for all members, all we do is use our Xbox party system we have, You can be watching a movie and I can be doing multiplayer and we can be talking and much more than that even. But but bit he meant in COD mw2, yes i know, but Live has it for everyone so we already have it in game.

When you log onto PSN, you're not logging onto a service. Your logging onto a pipeline that feeds the individual games. XBL is all one service, regardless of what you are playing. That is why it feels like a community.

Uncharted is great, the online doesn't have any glitches really nor lag. But the gameplay in Gears2 is so much better. Although the so called tactical week going on in Gears2 right now is terrible. Gears 2 is filled with bugs, and laggy as hell at times. But, when at its best, there is no TPS better than it on the mamrket.

People believe Live is better because you can chat with people while doing something else. Being able to chat with people while doing something else is a good feature but is it worth the $4 a month. Do games run smoothly online without any glitches, hickups and just overall lag?

Seems like Sony offers all the features that Live offers, except the voice chat, for free. Generally PC games run lag free, depending on the server and they don't pay anything for it, you can chat with a friend while doing something else as well and you don't pay a monthly fee.

So I ask how is Microsoft charging for a service that most everyone else get for free without improving the overall performance of the gaming experience and why people are willing to pay for a free service?
