However, I will be enjoying both MW2 and BFBC2. Battlefield feels very different than COD and is refreshing to play when I'm tired of COD games.

I think we all have those friends, and I think they drive us all nuts. On both systems, I have friends that play ONLY Madden [bought yearly] and COD games. That's it. Drives me nuts.

To be honest, the main reason that I dislike COD is because of the fanboys it has created. In many of these BF vs COD articles, consoles are put aside and it's COD vs all. COD gamers refuse to acknowledge the fact that they love a game that has little to no innovation or improvement over time, and they still pay top dollar for it. It's ridiculous.

im a die hard cod fanboy, and I love mf2 even before its released, but that doesn't mean I hate bc2.

I'm also a die hard BC fanboy... the first was sooo fun, the second is going to be more amazing than the first in every way!

BF series also has a lot of dedicated fans! most fans were on PC and they were dissapointed with BFBC exclusive for consoles! now that BFBC2 will be on all platform, fans are looking delighted and this game game will rock!

Agreed, sound effects are unmatched. I really appreciate games in which much effort has been put into making the weapons sound powerful and the warzone caotic. Just try Battlefield 1943 (arcade), use the rifle and feel the BAM BAM BAM BAM!

Who cares if they're realistic, as long as they sound awesome.

Battlefield has a big enough PC following that they won't need to market it at all. And 1943 sold pretty well on consoles, so it's shows that there's a following on consoles too.

I do agree it does seem to be better, just because of the graphics but the Sony fanboys are just exagerating.

I am pumped for MW2, that's all. BC really let me down,I bought it and was really excited for it and it just felt sloppy. I hope they fix some aspects that ruined the first one. I really can't see how people can compare MW2 to BFBC2 because MW2 is a run and gun, non-stop action and BFBC is more about tactics and not run and gun at all. It all comes down to preference. Sure I will eventually pick this game up and give it a try, but I don't see this being more addicting and action packed like MW2. But a HUGE improvement so far, in what we have seen.

wtf are you two talking about? The hate for MW2 comes from Activision's attitude. Do you not remember the whole Kotick fiasco? They're charging more for the game and not supplying dedicated servers for even the PC version.

I can't believe you morons think it's a PS3 fanboy issue. YOU should be pissed off too. They could actually start a movement to make you pay more for games, and totally eliminate dedicated servers. If you're willing to pay money (sometimes EXTRA money) for a lack of those features than I don't know what to say to you.

Maybe if you b!tched a bit more you'd be paying that $50 a year for actual dedicated servers on Live. Unfortunately you'd rather bend over and take it while telling everyone tat the people who are complaining are just fanboys.

What about when you're not by a building and you're in a field and you shoot someone? The point is, it looks cartoonish and I am sure it will be addressed before released. I am not down playing this game at all, I am sure I will pick it up one day. I have seen multiple videos where the blood splatter looks too fake and that of a cartoon. Take a look at it while you watch so more videos.

im callin it like i see it. its possible for someone to form their opinion about 2 games before they play them. Infamous looked better to me than prototype, so i went with my gut, bought infamous, rented prototype. Turns out i was right in my eyes.

Point is, why do you have an issue with his opinion especially since there is no right or wrong? He compared the vids of both games thats been making rounds. Everyone does this.

About the blood splatter, it probably should be changed but if it isnt, its not gonna make or break a game. If realistic blood did that, i probably wouldnt be getting MW2
