Xbox360 Games Optimized For Hard Drives In 2010

2010 may very well be the year that major changes will occur on Microsofts platform. Rockstar games said it themselves that Xbox360 needs to find away around storage issues and Hard Drive optimization is the answer and the results will be revealed very soon.

1 - Xbox 360 needs a re-boot, a complete start-over
If Microsoft can redesign the Xbox 360 to make it sleeker, sexier, more quiet, incrementally more powerful (think Gamecube to Wii), much smaller, base it all around Natal, and of course, RELIABLE (and with HDD out of the box), not to mention go fully digital, THEN they have high chances of succeeding. Not dominating the industry, but they will certainly have a target market like the Wii.

Or forget about the extra power, just re-brand the current Xbox 360 and so everything above, but offer current Xtards the possibility of upgrading to a Natal enabled 360 (but re-brand the new games as "natal" games, not 360 games; 360 would be forwards compatible, and natal backwards).

Sony pissed $4.7 billion down the the drain in a single year, costing $3.7 billion more than the RROD did over 3 years

while at the same time M$ posted $3.5 billion profits for the 3rd quarter of 2009 ...

Microsoft is starting to freak. PS3 is on a role and they realize that they'd better be getting up off the money bags and do something besides putting out recycled games.

PS3..Get on board or be left behind!!

The 360 was on a roll for 13 months straight from Fall 2008 to Fall 2009 because of the Arcade unit. The PS3 has been on a roll for 1 month because it had a complete relaunching and $100 price drop. It's already back down to selling the same as the 360 in the US. If Sony didn't freak when they were in last place for over a year straight, then why would Microsoft freak when they're in last place for 1 month. They're still waaaay ahead in software sales, which are just as important as hardware sales.

Mmm. Tell me, how many people do you see in CoD4 in a day? Like, what... 10,000 - 20,000? Gee, that's alot.. cause CoD4 has like 100K and Halo 3 has like 200 - 300K a day. That one game probably has more people online in one day than the PS3 gets in a span of two.
