ON TOPIC: That's pretty sweet I was really considering getting this game, and now I see they will have a beta, I will try it out if I can. Because the only first person shooter that caught my eye has been R2, and K2. Anything else than that, not really...even MW2(no im not saying that because i like BFBC, but because I didn't like the first one either).

@ aliens - the first MW was same on both systems i don't know where 360 fanboys get the hope of PS3 version being inferior but its pathetic of people to judge it without any proof and that goes to anyone that says anything like 360 version will be better.

Can't wait to get MW2 soooon. but BFBC looks amazing hopefully they have higher amount of people on the battlefield, im thinking Resistance 2 level :D

me 2 but I can only get games like every other month or 3 months. My friends wife works for EA in NY but can only get the games when she flies out to the California office for meetings. Do yours come with the " not for resale " label on the spine of the packaging?

xbox360 owners dont need BFBC2 beta!BFBC1 is still played online on the 360, compared to the PSN where the game is almost dead!This is just a way for DICE to fixe the issues that happen on BFBC1 on release and have kill this game right at start on the PSN!No need BFBC2 testing on xbox live because server are still up and running,and have no issues!Wend BFBC2 gets release for xbox live they just need to use the same server specs!

have you actually played a PS3?

I play battlefield regularly and am still able to get into a full game everytime. PSN is no longer like what it was on release, now 27 million worldwide, probably just as many PSN users as Live Users, start catching up.

becuase everyone can play them becuase you dont have to pay for psn. also ps3 players are better at beta testing and more mature. I think people should start grabbing themselves a ps3 or they gonna be left behind. it will be like if you never had gotten a ps2 last gen. The KZ2 beta testers should have convinced GG that the spawn flare was stupid -- resulting in regular grenade spam(where's all the F.A.G.S?) and spawn campers.

This is the major flaw of KZ2 MP. Should have just had spawn zones to fight for or mobile spawn points(vehicles or minigun&Heavy armour packs).

The game looks sweet but no point in pre ordering since I'm getting it for the 360. Plus MW2 is coming out and I can't help but play the GOW3 demo over and over again. what a big fat fail. I own both systems so its not an issue playing it eventually. Also played it at eurogamer. But the way sony handle betas is absolutely terrible especially in europe. Not only that but bf must have about 5 players on 360 for every 1 on ps3 making that surely a better pool of players for feedback. Unless of course they are using this as a way to increase sales on the ps3 which is possible

PS3 & PC owners we need to support this game.It looks like its going to be great and EA/Dice was cool enough to give ps3 owners a exclusive beta and wont give PC gamers the shaft.

Unlike infinity Ward/Activision who screwed The pc version of MW2. Never ever acknowledge the Ps3 version MW2 like its a 360 exclusive in mags and ads. Seem like they focus only on the platform that sell the most copies for them.

Infinity Ward/Activision have turned into the last gen EA.That greed and short comings on other platforms will come back sooner or later.

Now Beta testers, play the sh*t outta it so DICE delivers an awesome shooter.

Whinge about getting more game modes: Deathmatch, Capture the Flag/intel/prototype, etc.

Whinge about giving the weapons better animation, sound & recoil -- especially when using sights -- to add to realism.

Whinge about getting the helicopter controls sorted or customizable.

Other than that, can't wait till March 2010 to get this baby.

damn, this is my most anticipated game of next year, I bought a new PC that will run it well since PC gets 32 players vs 24 on 360. The one system of the 3 I don't have gets the beta... 0
oh well, the first BC demo kinda spoiled me before I got the game, I'm sure I played it every day from the day the demo was out until the day the full game came out.

Obviously release beta in ps3 because so that they can locate and remove any unwanted errors. So the PS3 must have more errors and glitches than the Xbox 360 version or may not be handling the game as well.
